A FALKLANDS War medal has been stolen from a property in North Yorkshire.
Police are appealing to any potential witnesses to come forward, after the medals were stolen in a burglary at some point between 1pm and 10pm on Tuesday (April 11).
Electrical items, jewellery and medication were also stolen in the raid, which happened on Valley Road in Darley, near Harrogate.
Police say the Falklands War medal had a silver crown with the Queen’s head on the front and a Falklands crest on the back. It had a blue and green ribbon and was engraved with the name Alan Mould.
Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to contact North Yorkshire Police.
