A CUTE and bouncy little lamb is looking for a name before its makes it show debut.

And the youngster that comes up with one will win a sweety hamper and tickets to the Springtime Live event on Harrogate’s Great Yorkshire Showground on May 1.

Show director Charles Mills runs a farm with 200 sheep at Appleton Roebuck, near York, and the Springtime Live lamb is one of 370 born in 2017.

“With just over a month to go until Springtime Live we would like to get the public to suggest a name for this little lamb,” said Charles.

Now in its fourth year, the event will run from 9am to 4.30pm and due to the growing popularity of the event tickets will only be available in advance.

Back by popular demand is CBeebies TV show gardener Mr Bloom and this year he will be accompanied by a bunch of fellow gardeners from the programme’s allotment patch, along with their musical instruments to entertain the youngsters.
