POLICE have released CCTV images of a man and two women they would like to speak to after a number of vehicles were damaged in North Yorkshire.

It happened at approximately 3.30am on Sunday, March 19 on Barons Crescent, Copmanthorpe, and involved a number of vehicles being scratched by a sharp implement.

"We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident," said a police spokesman.

"In particular, we would like to speak to the people in the CCTV stills as they may have important information that could assist the investigation.

"Anyone who recognises the people in the CCTV images, or who has any information that could assist the investigation should contact us on 101, select option 2 and ask to speak to Terence Priestman."
