EVEN the police were surprised by the amount of cycles they uncovered after carrying out a search warrant on a property in York on Wednesday.
One person was arrested in connection with the find of the alleged stolen bikes - believed to number at least 25.
Then officers had the headache of transporting them back to the station - managing to stack quite a few in a van.
Perhaps it would have been easier to ride them back!
