TWO drivers have been badly hurt in a head-on crash in North Yorkshire.
Police are appealing for information after a collision in Harrogate at about 12.50pm on Friday (January 29).
A black VW Golf travelling from Wetherby Road south along Rudding Lane collided with a white Audi A3 that was travelling in the opposite direction on a sharp bend near to the entrance of Rudding Park Hotel.
The Audi had joined Rudding Lane at its junction with Pannal Road.
The drivers of both vehicles were taken to hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
Any witnesses to the collision, or anyone who noticed either vehicle shortly before the incident is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 and ask for Mark Mullins. Please quote incident number 12160016772.
