POLICE have turned to the public for help in tracking down a wanted man.
Luke Russell, 22, is wanted for failing to answer bail on on May 15 this year.
He was arrested and released on police bail following questioning, in connection with a robbery at Premier Stores on Kingsland Terrace, York, in February.
Officers have been making extensive enquiries in York in an effort to trace Russell and are urging the public to report any sightings of him.
He is described as around 5ft 7in tall, with a medium build, blue eyes and short, brown hair. He has a tattoo on his right hand.
Russell is known to frequent the Clifton and Holgate areas of York and people are urged not to approach him but to call police if they see him.
Anyone who has information should contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option one and pass information to the force control room.
