DRIVERS are being advised of an overnight closure of the A1 in North Yorkshire, as part of ongoing improvement work.
The northbound carriageway between Catterick South and Catterick North junctions will be closed from 8pm on May 28 to 6am the following day.
The work, which will include barrier replacement and white lining, is part of the ongoing scheme to improve journey times and increase safety.
Clearly signed diversion routes will be in place and the existing 50mph speed limit will remain in force.
