POLICE have issued an appeal to find a woman who has been missing since lunchtime on Friday.
North Yorkshire Police say there is growing concern for the well-being of Anna Palosaari, 50, who was last seen in Harrogate town centre at about 1pm.
Officers have circulated a photograph of Anna and ask anyone who knows her whereabouts to contact them. She was wearing a cream, sheepskin coat, grey bobble hat and cream scarf and she has short red hair.
A spokesman for the force said: "She was last seen at about 1pm on Friday by a member of the public. We would like anyone who may know where she is to contact us."
Anyone who may have seen her is asked to ring North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 2 and ask for the force control room, quoting reference 12150016666.
