A TEENAGER has been airlifted top hospital after it is believed he fell from a first floor window.
The 18-year-old was found in Starbeck High Street, Harrogate, with serious head injuries at mid-afternoon today, September 4.
An ambulance was sent to the scene at 3.05pm and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance then flew transported the boy to Leeds General Infirmary, where he remains.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said they believed the boy had suffered the injuries in a fall from a first floor window.
He said the circumstances around the incident were not believed to be suspicious, and nobody is being sought in connection with the incident.
Anyone who saw the boy prior to the ambulance crews arriving should contact North Yorkshire Police on 101.
