TICKETS for the east coast concert by one of Britain's biggest rock bands, the Stereophonics, go on sale on Friday April 27.
The band is makings its first appearance at Scarborough Open Air Theatre on July 19. After launching their first album ‘Word Gets Around,’ in 1998 their recent tenth album‘Scream Above The Sounds', has been another critical and commercial success.
Peter Taylor, director of theatre promoters Cuffe and Taylor said: "We are delighted to be bringing Stereophonics to this wonderful venue. They will bring their full-on, sensational live show to the North Yorkshire coast this summer.
“They have penned some of the best British rock hits in the last two decades and fans have been demanding they play here for some time now. This is going to be a gig that sells out very quickly, so I’d advise anyone to book early." Tickets go on sale at 9am through the website www.scarboroughopenairtheatre.com
