RAIDERS who broke into premises at Fryup, Whitby, stole items worth around £32,000.

The haul included a number of valuable bikes and police believe they now could be somewhere in the Cleveland area.

The thieves broke into a secure garage on a farm at around 1am on Wednesday before fleeing with their haul.

And in a separate incident a white convoy panel van, number plate T726EJB, was stolen from a farm about a mile away from the burglary and could be connected.

The stolen bikes included a black Intense carbon mountain bike worth £,7000 and a black Transition full-suspension mountain bike worth £3,500.

Also taken, among others, were an Intense spider mountain bike with full-suspension worth £3,500, a metallic blue Transition trans AM hardtail mountain bike worth £2,000 and a blue and white X Sherco 300 trials bike worth £6,000.
