RENOWNED tenor Alfie Boe will be joined by the Military Wives Choir will for a special celebration of the armed forces this summer.
The singer, who has starred in Les Miserables and La Boheme, will perform at Scarborough's Open Air Theatre June 25, and will be joined on stage by the York branch of the choir to mark Armed Forces Day.
It will be the second time the choir has joined Boe on stage, following last year's performance of the Snow Patrol song Run at the theatre.
