A TEENAGER suffered serious leg injuries after a road accident in North Yorkshire.
The Great North Air Ambulance and Yorkshire Ambulance Service along with police and the fire service were called to the scene in Pickering yesterday afternoon.
The accident, involving two cars, happened on the A169 at around 3.45pm.
The GNAAS crew assistant paramedics in treating the teenager before he was flown to James Cook Hospital in Middlesbrough.
