FOUND: Kathryn Summers' car was found near cliffs
A 42-year-old woman has been found safe and well after her car was found near cliffs overlooking a seaside resort.
Police said Kathryn Summers' car was found close to Whitby Abbey, on the East Cliff of the North Yorkshire town earlier today (Friday, May 22).
She had not been seen since leaving her parents’ address in Arnold, north of Nottingham on Monday (May 18).
A number of searches were made for her in the Whitby area as police grew increasingly concerned for her safety.
A spokeswoman for North Yorkshire Police said tonight shje had been located and was safe and well.
