A MOTHER has put out an appeal to find her daughter’s teddy which has been her faithful companion since birth, but was recently lost on a shopping trip.
Little Freya, who will be three in September, lost her bear while visiting the Co-op store with her mother on Lanbourne Road in Whitby on July 24.
Her mother, Lynsey Fox, returned to the area within half an hour of noticing he was missing, but there was no sign of the cherished ted.
“He means a lot to Freya - she's had him since birth and carried him everywhere with her,” she said.
“My little girl is missing him heaps and we are hoping he can be found. Any help would be much appreciated.”
Anyone who thinks they may have picked up the teddy can email Lynsey at: lynsxb@hotmail.com
