A group of Norwegian sixth form students have been visting Whitby and the North York Moors as part of a cultural trip to the East coast. The group was from Fyllingsdalen Videregaende School in Bergen. During their stay they visited Fylingdales comparing the very similar name and the potential Viking origins of the local area. Fyllingsdalen teacher Ingeborg Sundfor said that despite the often inclement weather, the group had had a good time.
