MAULED: Police are iinvestigating the incident in which the pet cat was killed
POLICE are appealing for information after a pet cat was mauled to death in Old Malton.
The body of the cat was found by the children who owned it and a dog is believed to be the culprit
The incident happened on Monday morning on the path leading from Rainbow Lane to Westgate Lane.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101.
