POLICE have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in relation to a sexual assault in North Yorkshire.
The attack took place on Commercial Street in Norton a week ago on May 29.
At around 10.30pm two females, a 17-year-old and a 19-year-old, were walking towards the taxi rank on Commercial Street, when a man approached them from an alleyway between Boom hairdressers and Hadfields Saddlery.
He touched the 17-year-old inappropriately and when challenged, he then touched the 19-year-old inappropriately.
The girl and the woman continued walking towards the taxi rank and saw the man enter the Star Pizza takeaway. The man then left the takeaway without ordering any food and returned to the alleyway between the hairdressers and saddlery.
Anyone who recognises the man pictured, or who has any information which could assist is asked to contact PC Rob Harrison on 101 or email Robert.Harrison@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk
