Fake note used in market towns
POLICE are appealing for information following the use of counterfeit notes in shops in the Norton and Malton areas.
The notes were used on Tuesday and police are asking any further victims to come forward.
A number of enquiries are being carried out in the area following the incidents.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police by calling 101, selecting option two and asking for PC Gemma Thwaites. Information can also be provided by emailing gemma.thwaites@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk.
