THIRSK MP Kevin Hollinrake raised a glass to the future success of a beer company during a recent visit.
Mr Hollinrake visited the Malton-based Horsetown Beer Company, which recently won the Ryedale Business Award for the best start-up business.
The company only began trading last July and drinks are named after the horse-racing history of both Malton and Middleham.
The business also supports Racing Welfare, giving five pence per bottle and pint to the charity.
Business owner, Howard Kinder, works in a racing yard, so was keen to support horseracing heritage.
Mr Hollinrake visited as Horsetown added a fifth beer to its range; the Musley Bank Classic Ale.
