RIPON: A carol concert is being held in the Cathedral
A CAROL concert by candlelight in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support is being held in Ripon Cathedral on Monday December 11 at 7pm.
Music will include choirs from Aysgarth School and Queen Mary’s School alongside professional musicians and guest speakers including ITV Racing’s Ed Chamberlain and Carnegie Book Award nominee, Piers Torday.
Money raised will go towards building a new cancer care centre at the Friarage Hospital in Northallerton.
