AS October ended, the grounds of a world heritage site filled with deer who were silhouetted during the picturesque sunrise.
Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal, near Ripon, saw scores of deer prowling the 800-acre grounds.
This week, the site was awarded the large attraction category in The White Rose Awards in Leeds, hosted by Welcome to Yorkshire.
The grounds captivate visitors all year round with a medieval deer park acting as one of its main attractions.
The tourist hotspot features abbey ruins, a Georgian water garden, an Elizabethan hall and a gothic church.
