CLASSIC cars and motorbikes will be roaring into Ripon this month as a rally returns to the racecourse for the second time this year.

After a successful event back in April this year, the Classic Car and Bike Show returns on Sunday, August 27.

Visitors and auto aficionados from all over the North, are invited to spend their bank holiday browsing the hundreds of classic cars for one last time.

Taking place from 10am to 4pm, the show – which costs £6.50 for adults and £2.50 for children - promises to be a real feast for the eyes and ears of all nostalgia fans.

Dogs on leads are welcome and there is free parking available at the venue.

With all the usual favourites that make the Ripon show so popular, visitors will be treated to large displays of classic cars, motorcycles, vans, trucks, ex-military vehicles and a classic Land Rover display.

There will also be commentary in the arena and the popular auto jumble which gives motorists the opportunity to pick up rare car parts.
