Two significant acts are supporting a Valentines Bash in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust at Newsham village hall on Friday 15th February.
Hip Operation are a professional act of top musicians from the North East, and made up of a pool of 6 to 16 musicians. The 6-piece line up will be perfoming at this event. Recent accolades include being being asked by ITV to perform on the live 40th episode of Emmerdale.
Caterina Rea, a relative of the legendary Chris Rea will also be appearing.
Sarah Yarrow from Dalton is organizing this event as part of a continuing fund-raising effort for Cystic Fibrosis, having achieved the staggering sum of over £24,000 by means including the production and sale of two "Calendar Girls" style calendars.
Dress code is casual, there will be licenced bar and food available.
