THE Swaledale Festival is moving into its second week and tickets are still available for some of the main attractions.
Highlights in the second week include vocal ensemble the Marian Consort, the Sacconi String Quartet, pianist Martin Roscoe, folk extraordinaires The Hut People and the world-famous Hallé Orchestra.
Also taking place is the Festival’s flagship family event The Boy, the Piano and the Beach by Slot Machine Theatre on June 2 at the Influence Church, Richmond.
The show, which premiered to sell-out audiences at Brighton Festival, will feature puppetry, dance, projection and classical music from a world-class pianist.
Festival events are taking place across Swaledale, Wensleydale and Arkengarthdale and to buy tickets, visit swalefest.org
