TOWN centre businesses that went all-out to dazzle shoppers with Easter displays have been rewarded for their efforts.
The Original Richmond - Richmond Business and Tourism Association, organised the competition which saw a range of outlets transform their windows into Ester wonderlands.
Marcia McLuckie, chair of Original Richmond, and Lisa Potts, managing partner of Association members Hunton and Garget, said judging such a high number of quality entries was a tough task.
Ms McLuckie said: “There were many good displays.
“People had put in a lot of effort to make their windows look good for Easter shoppers and visitors.
“Lisa and I would have liked to give prizes to everyone.
“It is interesting to see how many small businesses are able to put on quality displays to showcase their businesses.”
Joint winners of the Retail (non-food) category were The Flower Studio and York House.
Winner of the Retail Food category was Wilfred Delicatessen and winner of the Non-Retail category was LG Hair.
A competition is still open to the public to solve the clues and find the shops that were entered in the competition. Correct entries will be entered into a prize draw.
