AN up-and coming musician is launching her own signature gin at a concert at Tennants Garden Rooms next month.
Anna Pancaldi will feature in a Candlelight Concert at the Leyburn venue, supported by The Voice finalist Daniel Duke on Saturday, October 24.
Following a concert she performed in Bedale’s Hemelvaart Bier Cafe last year, she discovered Masons Dry Yorkshire Gin and will be launching her elderflower infused variety at the concert.
A spokesman from Masons Gin said: “The gin will be named Joe’s Gin after Anna’s late brother who used to love making elderflower cordial as a child. Anna is very excited about it.”
The Garden Rooms concert comes as Ms Pancaldi is about to start recording her second EP and has just been chosen to have her music feature on the new Levis advertising campaign.
Her debut EP went to number 6 in the Singer-Songwriter charts, even outselling Ed Sheeran.
