RAID: Police conducted a search warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a property on Maythorne, Leyburn, at around 8.40am.
TWO people have been arrested after police raided a house in Leyburn, North Yorkshire, this morning.
Police conducted a search warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a property on the town's Maythorne Estate at around 8.40am.
A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis after officers found a cannabis plant at the address. He was also arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis.
A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis after a box containing a small amount of cannabis was found.
Both men were taken into police custody for questioning.
