A GROUP of colleagues from a Richmond firm have received a motivational message from Clare Balding ahead of a charity Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge.

On Saturday, June 13, a team of 30 staff members from OpenCRM, along with Arch Recovery College, Durham, will embark on the charity walk to climb three mountains in 12 hours to raise money for national suicide prevention charity Papyrus.

In a special message, Clare Balding, presenter and broadcaster, has wished the team well on their quest.

She said: “Good luck, keep smiling whatever the weather is like, stay strong - I admire you hugely.

“Thanks for all the money I know you are going to raise and I hope you feel a great sense of achievement when it’s over.”

Graham Anderson, chief executive of OpenCRM, said: “We are so pleased that Clare Balding took the time to send our team a message and offer her support to our cause. It’s a huge boost to team morale and everyone is delighted.

“The Yorkshire Three Peaks is not an easy challenge and everyone at OpenCRM is very proud of the commitment our staff have made to this event. Not only have they signed up to the day but they have undertaken a gruelling training regime to ensure they are fit and ready to take on the peaks.

“We wish them all the best for this weekend and we hope to raise as much money as possible for Papyrus.”
