A woman who suffered serious head injuries after her Mini was involved in a collision with a lorry on the A66 yesterday (Wednesday November 5) is said to be in a comfortable condition. The woman, believed to be in her 20s, was airlifted to the James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough, after the collision near the turn off to West Layton, North Yorkshire at about 12.11pm.
