A MOTORIST was injured today (Sunday, October 19) in a crash on a country road in North Yorkshire. North Yorkshire Police said the single-vehicle accident happened on the B1363 Stillington to Helmsley road at 11.15am. A spokeswoman said the casualty suffered injuries which were not believed to be life-threatening. The road was closed temporarily after the accident but has since reopened.
