A MISSING pensioner was found by police following a search of the moors around her Goathland home.
The 86-year-old was reported missing on Sunday when her dog returned home from a walk without her.
Scarborough and Ryedale Mountain Rescue Team spent around three hours searching for the woman, who was eventually found near her home on the edge of the moor by a North Yorkshire Police dog handler.
She had fallen, injured her arm and was suffering from hypothermia.
The woman was taken to hospital in one of the rescue team's ambulances.
