RUSTLERS have struck on the North York Moors, stealing seven sheep worth around £1,000 in total.

The thieves struck at Craven Garth Farm in Rosedale sometime between March 15 and 19 and police are appealing for anyone with any information to contact them.

In particular, they would like to hear from anyone who saw any suspicious vehicles, people or activity in the area between the two dates.

Contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option two, and ask for PC William Knapp or email William.Knapp@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk. To remain anonymous, information can be also passed to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
