TWO boys from North Yorkshire will appear in court today after being arrested on suspicion of plotting a terror attack.
The two 14-year-olds were arrested in Northallerton over the weekend following an intelligence-led operation involving the North- East Counter Terrorism Unit and officers from North Yorkshire Police.
They were arrested under the Terrorism Act 2006 and are to appear in custody at Leeds Magistrates Court today charged with conspiracy to murder. One of the teenagers is also charged with aggravated burglary.
