NORTH Yorkshire Police are investigating after a 32-year-old member of the public was arrested at Northallerton Magistrates' Court on suspicion of filming the proceedings this morning.
Court officers called the police after allegations were made that he had been using a mobile phone to record what was happening in court during a hearing against a man on driving offences.
A police spokesman said a 32-year-old man had been arrested at Northallerton Magistrates' Court on suspicion of taking a photograph in a criminal court and remains in custody pending enquiries.
