ELECTIONS will be held in Northallerton next month in the wake of the sudden death of local councillor Tony Hall in March.
On May 26 voters will be asked to choose his successors on both Hambleton District Council and North Yorkshire County Council.
Four candidates are up for election for Hambleton’s Northallerton South ward - Caroline Anne Dickinson, Conservative; Chris Pearson, Yorkshire First; Dave Robertson, UKIP; and David Tickle, Labour.
There are five candidates for the county council’s Northallerton division: Michael Chaloner, Green; Caroline Dickinson, Conservative; Chris Pearson, Yorkshire First; Stephen Place, UKIP; and David Tickle, Labour Party.
