A FREE Christmas carol concert is to be staged in North Yorkshire to raise money for a charity which supports one of the emergency services.
Northallerton Retired Fire Fighters and Northallerton Fire Station will be hosting the performance at The Forum in Northallerton on Tuesday, December 1.
Lockwood Brass Band, an award-winning Yorkshire band, will be playing a variety of carols and songs.
Admission to the concert is free, but there will be a fundraising raffle and collection for The Fire Fighters Charity, which supports serving and retired fire service personnel and their families.
Free tickets to the concert can be collected from a number of venues across Northallerton.

Doors open at 6.30pm and the concert begins at 7.30pm
