A HERITAGE railway will be getting into the spirit of the day on Saturday, October 31, when they run a series of Hallow Steam trains.
The Wensleydale Railway will be running specials between Leeming Bar and Redmire.
Visitors are invited to come in scary costume and there will be games, stories, competitions and other fun things to do on board.
“Hallow Steam’ is one of our most popular special events and this year is no exception especially as we are able to run with Joem our much loved steam engine. It is great fun for all ages,” said general manager Nigel Park.
Trains will run from Leeming Bar at 12.37 and 15.24 to Redmire via Bedale, Finghall, and Leyburn with a steam-hauled train. Return trains to Leeming Bar will be at 14.36 and 17.15.
Prices are £10 for adults and £5 for children and there is parking at Leeming Bar and Bedale.
