A CHARITY quiz in aid of a hospital MRI Scanner appeal will take place on Saturday, November 22.
The Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffalos, Alverton North Lodge 2274, is hosting the quiz at the Oddfellows Arms in Northallerton for the Friarage Hospital’s charity appeal.
Teams of up to six players are welcome. The entry fee is £1 per player and there will be refreshments and a raffle on the night.
MRI scanners are used to diagnose a wide range of health conditions. A scanner for the Friarage will be a valuable resource for medical teams and a welcome addition to the diagnostic services currently available at the Northallerton hospital.
Suzi Campbell from South Tees Hospitals Charity, said: “We are delighted Alverton North Lodge has chosen to help our appeal and much appreciate their support.
“We hope people will take part in the quiz, enjoy a night out and help a worthy cause at the same time.”
The event will start at 8pm.
