A 22-YEAR-old man has appeared in court accused of indecent exposure in North Yorkshire.
Andrew Barnard, from Rheola Street in Mountain Ash, situated in the Welsh district of Rhondda Cynon Taff, is charged with exposing his genitals with the intent of causing alarm or distress following an incident in Catterick Garrison on March 9 this year.
He appeared at Northallerton Magistrates Court this morning (Friday, June 23), when magistrates committed the case to Teesside Crown Court in Middlesbrough to be heard on July 21, when the 22-year-old will enter a plea.
He was granted bail on condition he does not enter Catterick Garrison.
