FRIENDS, family, customers and local tradespeople joined Bedale businesswoman Sophie Osborne at the opening of her new shop.
Trading as Frimble, the business, owned and run by Miss Osborne is a well-established country clothing label. The new shop at North End, Bedale opened its doors with an evening celebration of complimentary drinks and canapés.
On the evening ten per cent of all sales, along with donations from the raffle were given to CRY, Cardiac Risk in the Young, a charity which is close to Sophie and all her family.
The business will initially focus on ladies’ clothing, accessories and gifts, is looking to expand their whole range in the near future.
Miss Osborne commented: “Running a small business is both tough and demanding. Over the last few years I’ve worked hard to grow Frimble.
“Opening my own shop in Bedale, my home town is a dream come true.
“I want to demonstrate to young people your dreams are achievable, if you work hard and go forward.”
