A BREWERY is celebrating Cask Ale Week with activities for visitors and the unveiling of a spooky seasonal ale.
The Black Sheep Brewery in Masham, North Yorkshire is celebrating Cask Ale Week from today (September 25) until October 5.
Visitors to the brewery will be treated to special tutored tasting sessions, tours, prize giveaways and more.
Guests at the visitor centre’s bistro will also get the chance to try and new red rye ale, Reaper, which is the brewery’s seasonal ale for autumn.
Jo Theakston, sales and marketing director of Black Sheep Brewery said: “Autumn is the season of harvesting and of spooky, Halloween fun, and Reaper taps into both of those themes, with its rye red colouring and frighteningly good taste.
Mr Theakston added: “We are very excited to hear how visitors to the brewery, and customers at pubs across the country enjoy Reaper, which follows very much in the tradition of our previously well-received seasonal ales.”
