A MAN in his 80s was treated by ambulance staff when he fell after an altercation with an elderly couple.
The injured man fell in Sainsbury’s car park on Wetherby Road, Harrogate, at 5.30pm on Wednesday.
He is believed to have had an altercation with an elderly couple in a blue vehicle in the car park.
It resulted in the pedestrian falling to the ground where he was treated by ambulance staff.
Police are appealing for witnesses and information to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident, in particular the manner of driving and behaviour of the pedestrian before the incident.
