POP-UP restaurant Chateau Marmot will return to North Yorkshire with a weekend of dining as part of the Malton Food Lovers Festival.
The team will be serving on May 23 to 25, when diners at the Town Hall will be treated to a five-course tasting menu created with the finest North Yorkshire produce with matched wines, craft beers and a full drinks list.
The events mark a return to the county for travelling restaurant Chateau Marmot which has previously run sell-out events in York, Harrogate and Leeds.
Co-founder Danielle Treanor, originally from near Wetherby, said: “Yorkshire will always be special to us at Chateau Marmot because we ran our first event here in York. Malton was always one of my favourite towns when I was growing up too, it’s a beautiful area full of great produce, we can’t wait.”
Chef Sam Hodges will be in charge of the kitchen, taking time out from his current position as one of the head chefs for Soho House in London.
