RELEASE: A film has been made about former England and Newcastle United manager, Sir Bobby Robson
A FILM about the life and career of revered football manager Sir Bobby Robson will given special screenings next month.
Bobby Robson: More Than A Manager will receive three showings at St James’ Park in Newcastle on May 22, Wembley Stadium, London, the day after and Portman Road, Ipswich on May 25.
They are in honour of the footballing giant and are in support of The Bobby Robson Foundation, which raises money to find more effective ways to detect and treat cancer.
The film, which has an A-list cast featuring household names such as Ferguson, Mourinho, Guardiola, Ronaldo, Gascoigne, Shearer and Lineker, will also be released in select theatres ahead of its release via digital download on June 1 and DVD on June 4.
