PROBLEMS: Incidents on the A19 and A1 this morning
DELAYS are building on the A19 after a two-vehicle crash.
An accident happened at around 7.30am on the northbound carriageway in Sunderland.
The accident has left the fast lane closed between the A1231 Wessington Way and the A1290, with congestion backed up to Seaton Lane.
Go North East buses are being diverted to avoid the scene.
Meanwhile, there are problems on the A1 in Tyneside where a skip has fallen from a lorry, blocking one lane of the Western Bypass near Lobley Hill.
