POLICE are appealing to a teenager to get in touch to let her family know she is safe.
A Durham Police spokesman said seventeen-year-old Chloe Thynne has been missing since Saturday.
She is currently living in the Sunderland area but also has links to Hartlepool.
Her family lives in the east Durham area.
The spokesman said: "Police are appealing for Chloe to get in touch to let them know she is safe and also ask that anybody who knows where she is to make contact."
Anyone with information should contact Durham Police on 101, quoting incident number 537 of October 9.
