THE Great North Air Ambulance was called to help a man in his 60s who collapsed in the car park of a golf club.
The incident happened at Whitley Bay, Tyneside at 11.30am on Monday.
"Earlier today, we were called to Whitley Bay where a male had collapsed in the car park of a golf club, suffering a heart attack. The patient was resuscitated and flown to hospital," said a spokesman for the Great North Air Ambulance.
