POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a hit-and-run collision in Sunderland.
A police spokesman said, a dark-coloured Land Rover Discovery collided with a black Renault Clio in Borough Road at about 8.10pm on Sunday, April 12.
The Land Rover failed to stop and left the scene.
The driver and passenger from the Clio were taken to Sunderland Royal Hospital with minor injuries.
Inquiries are ongoing to locate the Land Rover, which will have front nearside damage, a possible missing bumper and glass damage, and speak to the driver.
