PHOTOGRAPHS of two men suspected of poaching have been released by police.
The two men were pictured on land at Murton in County Durham on May 17 and officers believe they were hunting deer.
At the time, the pair had four lurcher dogs with them.
Anyone with information is asked to call PC Milliken at Seaham and Easington Police on 101.
Yesterday, in an unrelated incident, police revealed that the bodies of six deer had been dumped at a picnic site near Castleside in County Durham.
The animals had been butchered and officers say it is evidence of a growing problem of deer poaching in County Durham.
